LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Jim Stamas has announced that he will join Rep. Roger Hauck for a joint office hour in Coleman on Friday, April 27.
Office hours are open to residents to express their opinions or concerns about state government or to request assistance with a state issue.
The joint office hour will be held on Friday, April 27 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Leah’s Korner Kafé, located at 300 E. Railway St. in Coleman.
To respect other patrons of the restaurant, no town-hall style discussions will be entertained. No appointment is necessary.
“I encourage anyone who needs help or wants to express a viewpoint to stop by,” said Stamas, R-Midland. “My aim is to provide the best service possible for the hardworking people of the 36th District. I am excited about continuing a regular series of office hours throughout the district and hearing directly from constituents about state and pocketbook issues.”
Stamas represents the 36th Senate District, which includes Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Gladwin, Iosco, Midland, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle counties.
Hauck, R-Union Township, represents the 99th House District, which includes Isabella County and most of Midland County.
